Status: Full-Time Employee
MySummerCamps.com is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator who will work well in a fast-paced but casual environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual who has a great attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a junior position with room for growth.
Responsibilities: - Project coordination of new and existing clientele for various Internet products;
- Pre-sales and inbound sales responsibilities;
- Client maintenance and development;
- Commitment to customer service;
- Provide assistance to the director of sales & marketing and team as required.
Skills/Experience Required: - Knowledge of Internet services, applications and processes such as domain name registrations, TCP/IP protocols, e-mail applications, web hosting, etc.;
- Computer hardware and networking knowledge;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented, and analytical;
- Sales experience would be an advantage;
- Enthusiastic, energetic personality essential;
