youth weight management camps in US

Hello!
Ok a bit about me first! Im currently in my second year at one of the top universities for sport and exercise sceince...and i love it!! I have a keen interest in youth and young adult obesity prevention and subsequent 'treatment' as this is becoming an increasing problem here in the UK. I have heard there are a number of quality weight management camps set up in the US, and bar one i am unaware of any of these in the UK.
Therefore i am wondering if anyone could offer me or knew of any opertunities currently in the US for a summer camp this year (June-October). I am happy to work voluntary, however i would be struggling should i be at a loss paying for flight etc.
