requested a brochure on your site, add the follwing code to your request a brochure form. Add the line below between the <head> and </head> tags.
Add the lines below inside your form between the <form> and </form> tags.
This code will add a variable called referrer to your form which will contain the value, "MySummerCamps.com" in it.
If your form handler script displays all passed in variables then you will see the referrer value, otherwise you may have to ask your webmaster
to edit your form handler script to display this value.
