Summer in the Arts at Northern
Theatre Arts Camp Junior, NIU Jazz Camp, Visual Arts Camp, and Theatre Arts Camp Senior offer thespians, jazz musicians, and visual artists a dazzling week on a college campus. Campers are engaged in non-stop arts activities, working with the best faculty and students, alumni and professionals in the region.
These intensive camps are for students who take their art seriously and who like to have fun. Campers stay in residence halls on campus, eat in university dining halls, and enjoy recreational activities on campus. These popular camps attract a loyal following, with about one third returning to camp the following year.
