| Canyon Ranch for Teens offers an amazing selection of over 100 activities — everything from yoga to rock climbing, including Awesome Abs, hip-hop aerobics, Spinning, stress workshops, nutritional workshops, and Ultimate Tennis or Golf. Add an extensive list of exhilarating Personal Services and you have a summer fitness experience unlike any other. No wonder we get students from over 35 states and 30 countries!
While our Canyon Ranch for Teens fitness camp has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, some people are surprised at how hard we work. You’ll enjoy great workouts and challenging classes guided by inspiring instructors. They’re all part of preparing for an enlightened life of activity and fitness the Julian Krinsky/Canyon Ranch way.
