Description:

The camp was founded under the direction of Lou Peskett and Youth For Christ in 1959. The camp strives to use the beauty and ruggedness of the mountains to challenge both young and old in a safe environment. There is a chance to see God at work in the world around us; a chance to slow down and sort out what is really important.

A wide variety of outdoor programs are offered ranging from mountain biking, rock climbing and whitewater canoeing in summer to ice climbing, skiing and snowshoeing in winter.

U-13 Wilderness Camp
For 11 – 13 year olds who want to try out a number of different adventures like canoeing, rock climbing, hiking and mountain biking. This camp is designed so that the participants will have a lot of fun while learning more about their strengths and abilities through a wilderness experience.

Alpine Snapshots
Come spend 2 days in the scenic Rocky Mountains experiencing the beauty and wonder of God's creation. You will gain new skills and photographic techniques which will enable you to take home some beautiful photos and a clearer picture of God. Based out of the Lodge we will spend each day finding those wonderful photo opportunities ranging from mountain vistas to sunsets on lakes, glaciers to amazing wildlife.

Fly Fishing Weekend
Learn how to fly fish or improve your skills with a professional guide. Enjoy the relaxation of fishing on a variety of rivers and lakes while taking in the breathtaking mountain scenery. This camp is designed for both beginner and advanced anglers, ages 16 and up.
