| A summer paradise nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California, Pali Overnight adventures offers a once-in-a-lifetime camping experience! Before jumping into this frying pan, fledgling cooks must complete the Culinary Institute. In this specialty, advanced camper chefs will get a chance to expand their kitchen expertise by creating incredible desserts and unique delicacies. Dessert chefs will try their hand at chocolate cherry cake, caramelized pecan upside-down apple pie (that's a mouthful!), macadamia nut brittle, rhubarb-strawberry pie, raspberry charlotte, strawberry cake, chocolate petit fours, peanut butter swirl ice cream, Victoria sponge cake, Danishes, chocolate mousse, strawberry tarts and more! Chefs who want to dabble in the art of delicacies will learn to master grilled chicken, roasted duck, salmon, crab cakes, shrimp, sushi and scallops. They'll also create gourmet Italian, Chinese, Asian, Latin and French menus. Campers will also be taught how to execute mouth-watering favorites such as rib-eye steak, tenderloins and a wide variety of sauces. They'll receive thunderous applause in the dining room when they help cater a meal for the entire camp. |
