Description:

Camp Misty Meadows is a well-rounded Girl Scout camp that offers a variety of equestrian experiences to girls of all ages.  We have a wonderful horseback riding facility with a barn complex that includes four riding arenas, and a herd of 40 horses waiting to be loved, hugged, and groomed by summer campers.  Girls in riding sessions will spend an hour or two each day at the barn.

In addition to the four-legged attractions, the camp offers a pool, archery range, basketball court, and a softball field.  Traditional camp activities such as making crafts, going on hikes, cooking outdoors, playing games, and making friends are all part of the fun.

Cabins and dormitories are home to girls staying at Camp Misty Meadows.  Campers enjoy most meals in the air-conditioned comfort of the Wortham Lodge.  The lodge also features a stage, craft/activity rooms, and a large covered patio.
